AN EXPERT SYSTEM DETERMINING STUDENTS UKT CATEGORIES USING FUZZY TSUKAMOTO METHOD IN BANJARMASIN STATE POLYTECHNIC

Abstract

UKT  is abbreviation of Uang Kuliah Tunggal that’s a method for a payment for a
student at campus that execute at all of State of University in Indonesia. This
realted to the Permendikbud No 55 Tahun 2013 pasal 1 ayat 3, that’s every
student must pay with one component name UKT.  Amount of payment depend of
criteria that’s create by every Univercity that’s probabily different.
Decission Support System is needed to make Institutuin more easy to decide how
many the UKT for a student. One of the methode that can make solve this problem
is using Fuzzy Tsukamoto. This method used to organize every UKT category
every student. The criteria is the amount of parent salary, sum of amenability,
house dimention, power payment, water payment. That criteria was be a fuzzy set
that wil use to next process that is inferency.  At this process will find the score of
the membership function anteseden(α) and the prediction category (z) from every
fuzzy rule.

The resuse from the real data from UKT The State Of Polytechnic Banjarmasin, from 366 data test, there are 301 data is equivalent that the system expert system can resolve 82% data.
