Abstract

Multiple Disable with Visual Impairments (MDVI) is a term that refers to children which
has two or more disability that called tunaganda, for example with deaf and blind.one of
theĀ  SDLB Matahati is educational institution in Banyuwangi where Banyuwangi become
one of the cities in Indonesia who had the opportunity to establish international
educational institutions of tunaganda. Simple instrumentation and method still used for
teaching and learning process in this school. With such a process, teachers and students
require extra effort so that the learning process can be conducted smoothly considering
the disabilities of learners and the instuments. Then In this research will be develop
instrument of learning with android based for help the learning process in Matahati
School as additional media. This instrumentation is made by applying a functional
curriculum (MDVI curiculum) which there are pictures, gesture video, pronunciation
audio of each word in accordance with the scope of the curriculum, namely area sosial
dan komunikasi, Area Bekerja and Area Binadiri. This research is expected to facilitate
the delivery of materials to instructor in low vision deafblind children in reviewing the
activities.
