A DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF IC TTL AOI DUAL 2 – WIDE 2-INPUT PERFORMANCE TOWARD DIFFERENT ROOM

Abstract

This research compared the performance of speed propagation time transition and voltage transfer characteristic ( VTC ) and designed of IC TTL standard AOI Dual 2- Wide 2-input. Specifications simulation resulted using PSPICE Cadence program with a load capacitor,15 pf  and load resistor, 5.2 kΩ with different temperature levels -55 ° C , 27 ° C , 125 ° C and produced a difference tPLH (time transition low to high ), tPHL( time transitions high to low), the resulting for minimum temperature, propagation time transition performance was slower than room temperature. At VTC chart temperature of 125 ° C, there was an increase in the output voltage (VOH ) . At a temperature of -55 ° C decreased VOH  than at room temperature of 27 ° C and the result of design obtained in the speed of propagation time 9.8 times compared Datasheet TTL SN54LS51 AOI.
